## Important Notes

<Tip>
  **Email is permanent.** You cannot change your email address after signup. Choose carefully and make sure the spelling is correct — this is your login username.
</Tip>

<Tip>
  **Choose a strong password.** Your password protects your entire business account and all of your sales data, customer information, and financial records. Never share it with anyone, not even DuitPOS support staff.
</Tip>

<Warning>
  **The verification link expires in 1 hour.** If you close your browser or don't click the link within this time window, you will need to request a new link. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorized account activation.
</Warning>

<Warning>
  **You cannot use the same email twice.** Each DuitPOS account must have a unique email address. If you receive an error saying your email is already registered, try signing in with that email instead. If you've truly forgotten which account uses that email, contact support.
</Warning>
