# Order History

> Finding and reviewing past orders

## Viewing orders

Tap **Orders** in the side menu to see a full list of orders, filterable by:

* **All** — every order
* **Active** — currently open, unsettled orders
* **Completed** — fully paid orders
* **Transferred** — orders moved between tables or devices
* **Sync Failed** — orders that haven't synced to the cloud yet (see [Common Issues](/pos-app/troubleshooting/common-issues))

## Reading an order card

Each order shows:

* Order number and status
* Which device and staff member created it
* Date and time
* Itemized list with subtotal, tax, and total
* Payment method, if settled

## Searching

Use the employee filter at the top to narrow results to a specific staff member, or use **Refresh** to pull the latest orders if you're expecting one that isn't showing yet.
