Table statuses

Every table on your floor plan shows one of these statuses:

Available

Free and ready for a new guest. Tap it to start a new order.

Occupied

In use — shows current guest count and how long they’ve been seated.

Reserved

Held for a booking. Tap to view reservation details.

Bill Requested

The guest has asked for their check — prioritize settling this table.

Reading a table card

Each table card shows:
  • Table number and name (e.g. “1 · SE-T1”)
  • Seating capacity (e.g. “Cap: 4”)
  • Guest count once occupied (e.g. “2/4”)
  • Time seated
  • Bill reference number, if a bill has been opened

Switching areas

If your restaurant has multiple floors or sections, use the tabs at the top of the floor plan (e.g. Ground Floor, Terrace, All Areas) to switch between them.

Capacity warnings

If you try to seat more guests than a table’s capacity allows, DuitPOS will show a warning — but you can still proceed if extra seating is available. This is a heads-up, not a hard block.
