Go to Setting → Printers to add and manage every printer this device sends print jobs to.

Connection types

When adding a printer, choose how it connects:

Network

Ethernet / Wi-Fi (IP) — most common for kitchen printers.

System

Uses the OS printer driver already installed on this device.

Bluetooth

A paired Bluetooth device.

USB

Direct USB connection.

Built-in

A printer built into the device itself (e.g. some handheld POS terminals).

Adding a Network printer

Go to Printers → Add / Edit

Tap Setting → Printers, then the Add / Edit tab.

Choose Network

Select Network as the connection type.

Name the station

Enter a Printer Station Name — e.g. “Kitchen Printer” or “Receipt Printer.” This name is what you’ll pick from later when assigning tickets to a station.

Enter the IP address and port

Enter the printer’s IP Address (e.g. 192.168.1.100) and Port (usually 9100 for most thermal printers).

Choose paper size

Select 58mm (32 characters per line) or 80mm (48 characters per line), matching your printer’s paper roll.

Adjust characters per line if needed

If receipts look cut off or have odd spacing, override the Characters Per Line value.

Set Active

Toggle Active on — print jobs will only be sent to printers marked active.

Tap Add Printer

Confirm to save it to the list.
Find your printer’s IP address from the printer’s own settings menu or a self-test print — most network thermal printers can print a test page showing their current IP.

Editing or removing a printer

Go to the Printers tab (not Add/Edit) to see your saved printers. Tap one to edit its settings, or remove it if it’s no longer in use.

Assigning print destinations

Once printers are added, assign which one handles receipts versus kitchen tickets in your product/category or order-mode configuration — check with your manager if you’re unsure which printer a specific ticket type should route to.
If a printer shows Active but nothing prints, double-check the IP address hasn’t changed (common after a router restart) and that the printer is powered on and connected to the same network.
