The Settings screen is where you manage everything specific to this device — printers, connections, display preferences, and data sync. Tap Setting in the side menu to open it.

Printers

Configure receipt and kitchen printers, paper sizes, and print templates.
  1. Tap Printers.
  2. Add, edit, or remove printers connected to this device.
  3. Assign which printer handles receipts versus kitchen tickets.
See device-specific printer setup for connection details (USB, network, or Bluetooth depending on your hardware).

Connection & Terminals

Shows this device’s WebSocket server info and every connected terminal — POS, KDS, and Kiosk devices.
  1. Tap Connection & Terminals.
  2. View the connection address other devices use to connect to this one (if this is the Master device).
  3. See a live list of connected terminals and their status.
See Master & Slave POS Setup for connecting additional devices.

Card Terminal

Select and configure the card payment terminal connected to this device, if your location accepts card payments.

Customer Display

Launch a second screen showing order details to the customer — useful with a connected monitor or external display facing the guest.

Support Logs

View and export diagnostic logs. If you’re troubleshooting an issue with support, they may ask you to export logs from here and share them.

Backup & Recovery

Take local backups of your data, and restore from a backup if something goes wrong.
Restoring a backup replaces the current local data on this device. Only restore if instructed by your manager or support.

Data Sync — Re-sync Data

This is one of the most important settings to know. Anything changed in the cloud dashboard — menu items, prices, taxes, payment types, order modes, printer configuration — does not automatically appear on this device right away. You need to Resync to pull those changes down.
When to Resync:
  • After adding, editing, or removing a product, category, or modifier in the cloud dashboard
  • After changing prices, taxes, or payment types
  • After updating printer or order mode configuration
  • If something you just changed in the cloud isn’t showing up on this device
How to Resync:
  1. Go to Setting.
  2. Under Data Sync, tap Resync.
  3. Wait for the sync to complete — this pulls the latest catalog, payment types, taxes, order modes, and setup configuration from the server.
Resync only pulls catalog/configuration data from the cloud. It does not affect tables, active orders, or anything specific to another connected device — those sync automatically in real time instead. See Master & Slave POS Setup for how device-to-device sync works.

Display

  • Fullscreen Mode — expand the app to fill the entire screen.
  • Language — set the display language for this device (English, 中文, தமிழ்).
  • Printer Language — set the language used for printed receipts and tickets, independently of the display language.
  • Navigation Sidebar — show or hide the settings navigation sidebar.

Danger Zone — Clear All Data

Clear All Data permanently wipes this device’s local data, including cached catalog info and any unsynced local records. This cannot be undone. Only use this if instructed by support — for example, when troubleshooting a corrupted local database.
  1. Go to Setting → Danger Zone.
  2. Tap Clear Data.
  3. Confirm.
After clearing data, the app will need to fully resync everything from the cloud on next login.
