Settings contains global configuration that applies across your entire account. Changes here affect all locations, all users, and all POS terminals under your tenant.

General Settings

Notification Settings

Configure email or in-app alerts for key events:
  • Daily Sales Summary — receive a summary of the day’s revenue at a set time.
  • Failed Payments — get an alert whenever a payment fails online.
  • Import Completion — be notified when a bulk import finishes (with a success or error count).

Saving Changes

All settings are saved per-field as you update them. Changes take effect immediately — no restart required.
Changing the Currency does not convert existing prices. Product prices are stored as raw numbers — changing the currency symbol from MYR to USD will display the same numbers in USD without converting them. Update all your product prices manually after a currency change. This also affects any in-progress online orders.
Set your Timezone correctly before going live. Reports group sales by calendar day in the configured timezone — if the timezone is wrong, midnight cutoffs for your reports will be off, making daily summaries inaccurate.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Settings page applies to the entire account (tenant). Location-specific details like address, phone, and TIN are configured per location under Manage → Locations → Edit.
Go to Settings → E-Invoicing and enter your MyInvois Client ID, Client Secret, and Supplier TIN. Make sure the environment is set to Sandbox for testing and Production for live submissions. See E-Invoicing for the full setup guide.
