- Open your dashboard URL in a browser (e.g.
https://app.duitpos.com/your-business/login). - Enter your email and password provided by your administrator.
- Click Sign In.
What You See After Login
After signing in you land on the Dashboard. The left sidebar contains all main sections:| Section | What it does |

Switching Tenants
If your account has access to more than one location, a location selector appears at the top of the sidebar. Click it to switch between locations. Each location has its own data and settings.First Steps After Login

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Click Forgot password? on the login page. Enter your email address and check your inbox for a reset link. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. The link expires after 1 hour.

Each business has its own login URL that includes the tenant domain name. Check with your administrator for the correct URL. It looks like

Two-factor authentication settings are managed under your account profile. Contact your administrator to check whether 2FA has been enabled for your organisation.
