The first time you log in to DuitPOS, you will land on the dashboard and gain access to all the tools you need to configure and run your business. This guide walks you through signing in and understanding what you see.

Sign In

  1. Open your dashboard URL in a browser (e.g. https://app.duitpos.com/your-business/login).
  2. Enter your email and password provided by your administrator.
  3. Click Sign In.
Bookmark your dashboard URL after logging in so you can get back quickly. The URL includes your business domain — make sure it matches your organisation before entering your password.
Never share your password with anyone, including support staff. DuitPOS support will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately under Account → Change Password.

What You See After Login

After signing in you land on the Dashboard. The left sidebar contains all main sections:

Switching Tenants

If your account has access to more than one location, a location selector appears at the top of the sidebar. Click it to switch between locations. Each location has its own data and settings.

First Steps After Login

If this is your first time, head to the Setup Checklist to complete your initial configuration in the right order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Click Forgot password? on the login page. Enter your email address and check your inbox for a reset link. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. The link expires after 1 hour.
Each business has its own login URL that includes the tenant domain name. Check with your administrator for the correct URL. It looks like https://app.duitpos.com/your-business/login.
Two-factor authentication settings are managed under your account profile. Contact your administrator to check whether 2FA has been enabled for your organisation.
Contact your administrator. They can reactivate your account under Users → Users → Edit → Active.
