This report is only as useful as your Reorder Level settings — if a product never shows up here even when you’re clearly running low, double-check its Reorder Level on the Stock Profile tab.

No — it’s a read-only alert list. Use it as a checklist when manually creating your next Purchase Order.
Either its Reorder Level is set to 0 (meaning “never alert”), or it doesn’t have a Stock Profile / isn’t stock-tracked at all.
